About Saul W. Goldberg

 Saul William Goldberg was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. He earned a degree in Studio Arts from Manhattanville College. Saul currently works out of his studio based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He has always loved creating art in a number of different mediums. Saul's first art journey began behind the lens of a 35mm camera. He loved shooting city landscapes and candids of New Yorkers. As time changed Saul adapted to digital photography.  He recalls asking a good photographer friend that "if a picture's worth a thousand words, then how many words is motion pictures?".  Soon after, he joined a NYC based video post-production company as an assistant editor where he learned about commercial advertising. After gaining experience he ventured off and started his own video production and post production company call Saul Goldberg Studios LLC. Throughout the years Saul never stopped making and exploring fine art in its many different mediums and styles. However he is constantly drawn to his true passion of acrylic paint on canvas making large abstract pieces.  He describes the process as his mind on canvas and action painting is the vehicle which allows me to bring these works of art to life.
